The only full-length release by the Swedish band.  If anything, it is a bold blend of genres.  There are a massive amount of highs and lows, sometimes crescendos, sometimes not.  The heavy usage of Swedish voice sampling, telling the story of a girl looking back at her time in a mental institute, breaks apart the hard-hitting instrumentals and the intense vocals.  Sometimes the band opts for a more glistening performance as opposed to the sludge, often during the aforementioned spoken word sections.  In one word, contrast.
